IILM University Joins Forces with Dusit Hospitality Education to Launch Global Hospitality Program in India

In a trail-blazing initiative to shake up the space of hospitality education in India, IILM University has partnered with Dusit Hospitality Education—the educational arm of celebrated Southeast Asian hospitality behemoth Dusit International—to create a world-class global hospitality course right at the heart of Delhi NCR.

Supported by a Memorandum of Understanding marking the new beginning, the partnership will offer a world-class BBA (Hons) in Hospitality and Services Management. The course combines IILM’s scholarship with Dusit’s leadership experience in global hospitality education to equip students with an unrivalled combination of theoretical knowledge and experiential learning within actual luxury settings.

One of the most significant features of this package is international mobility and dual-degree pathway. The students will spend the first two years at IILM in India and then move to Dusit Thani College in Bangkok to finish off their degrees. This type of structure offers not just an international accreditation of credentials but also an intercultural immersion experience to foster hospitality leadership for the luxury niche.

Industry experts’ jointly designed curriculum focuses on modern trends in sustainability, digital guest service innovation, and efficient F&B operations. Placements and internships at Dusit International’s luxury hotels in Thailand, the Middle East, and other global destinations will provide students with hands-on skills under the watchful eyes of experienced professionals.

Additionally, semester abroad and short-term exchange programs will familiarize students with global operating practices, reinforcing cross-cultural skills. In addition to experiential learning, the students will be enriched through faculty exchange, masterclasses, and immersion workshops by worldwide industry professionals.

According to IILM’s program leadership, this is a strategic step ahead towards globally preparing hospitality managers in India without requiring foreign travel while offering education at par with the best of the world. The program with international exposure, academic rigor, and industry exposure is a benchmark that future luxury hospitality guardians need to abide by.

As the admissions are already open for 2025 batch, this new hospitality degree is meant to develop the leaders of the future hospitality industry—giving them an international perspective, technical know-how, and flexibility in cross-cultural management so that they can excel in a more dynamic global hospitality landscape.
