Background:
GRAHAM has secured a place on the Department for Education’s (DfE) Construction Framework 2025 (CF25), joining the High Value Band for both the North and South regions. The appointment allows the company to deliver large-scale education projects across England under a £15 billion programme.
The new framework will run for six years from January 2026, with an option to extend for a further two years. It will support the delivery of new school buildings, as well as the refurbishment and modernisation of existing education facilities.
The selection builds on GRAHAM’s role in the previous CF21 framework, where it has delivered several major projects. The latest appointment strengthens its position as a key delivery partner for public sector infrastructure.
Officials at the Department for Education said the framework will help create safe, sustainable and modern learning spaces. The programme forms part of a long-term investment plan to improve education infrastructure across the country.
Mark Lynch, Managing Director at GRAHAM, said the company sees the appointment as a major milestone. He added that the team will continue to work closely with the DfE to build high-quality learning environments that support future generations.
GRAHAM said it will focus on collaboration, sustainability and community value while delivering projects under the framework. The company has delivered several education projects across the UK and now plans to do more work through CF25.
The CF25 framework includes a group of selected contractors who will handle large and complex projects to improve school facilities and meet the needs of students and communities.
